Meetings & Becoming a Member

Meetings

Everyone is welcome at P&C meetings. They are held on the first Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 pm. We usually meet in the school staff room (the demountable next to the office), but also meet virtually on Zoom for those that can’t make it in person.

Meetings are a great opportunity to:

  • meet other parents and have a say
  • hear from the staff about what’s happening at school
  • ask questions and hear about school policies and procedures
  • learn how you can get involved in a way that suits you.

Become a member of the P&C

Becoming a member of the P&C means that you'll receive all the minutes of our meetings and will be able to have your say on what we do and how we do it. Only financial members of the P&C are able to raise and vote on motions at meetings. This is how all our big decisions are made, such as how to spend the money we raise. The membership fee is a nominal $2 per year.

Joining is a simple two-step process:

  1. Complete the online membership form or send us an email and we'll supply you with a printable version.
  2. Pop $2 into the school office in an envelope bearing your name or containing your printed membership form OR transfer $2 to the following bank account and reference your name:
