From the students
“Excellence is doing what the teacher says and trying your best at all times, even if it is hard.” Alfie 1/2C
“I demonstrate responsibility by walking in the COLA and not running.” Callum 1/2C
“Responsibility is about following adult instructions and respect is being nice to people.” Tahlia 4/5K
“I demonstrate respect by being kind and helpful to everyone. I like helping people if they fall down’” Dakota 5/6V
We have magnificent trees both deciduous and native to Australia in our school grounds. Our trees have become a symbolic alignment of our school motto "helping children learn well" and our core values.
We are very lucky to have a talented artist in our parent group, Lucinda McDonald, who has created these paintings to represent out core values.
The trees in our playgrounds are the perfect symbol to help us remember our core values. They are used to help children associate with the belieft that we are growing our children, like our trees, to be strong, confident, beautiful and unique.
